Serialised authenticity codes with scan-anomaly detection, warranty registration without a paper card, and batch tracking that survives the years a printed pack stays in circulation.
Serialised authenticity codes and anomaly detection start at Business. Print-run sizes to 100,000 per job.

Packaging codes print small, on curved or absorbent surfaces, and must still read years later. They are generated at the highest error correction the layout allows.
WHAT YOU GET
Print once, stay valid for years
A pack in a warehouse cannot be reprinted. Everything here assumes the code is fixed and the world around it changes.
Serialised authenticity codes
Every unit gets a unique code. A first scan is normal; the same code scanned repeatedly from scattered locations is the signal that it has been copied.
Scan-anomaly detection
Unusual patterns — impossible geography, sudden volume, repeated scans of one serial — are flagged with the evidence, so counterfeiting surfaces as data rather than as a customer complaint.
Warranty registration
A form on the product page replaces the card nobody posts. Submissions are queued and retried so a registration is never lost.
GS1 and Digital Link
GS1 QR with application-identifier validation, so batch, expiry and GTIN are encoded to spec rather than crammed into a URL.
Ink and surface aware
CMYK shift, ink spread on board, and curvature all reduce effective contrast. Each is checked before the artwork goes to press, not after.
Recall and revision
Because destinations are editable, a batch page can carry a recall notice or a revised instruction sheet the same day — on packs already on shelves.
Packs outlive the subscription
A pack can sit on a shelf for two years. Every printed code keeps resolving to its last destination whatever happens to the plan — which is the only promise worth making to a print run that cannot be recalled.
Checked against the surface it prints on
Quiet zone, module count and contrast are measured on the code, and the print size calculator sizes it for the substrate — where ink spread, not resolution, is what decides whether it scans.
SETUP
Into the artwork, correctly
The pre-press checks are the point.
STEP 01
Define the serial scheme
Sequential or random unique, with collision checking and the quantity for the run.
STEP 02
Build the product page
Instructions, warranty form, batch data and authenticity confirmation, in the languages you sell in.
STEP 03
Pre-press check
CMYK conversion, ink spread for your stock, and the minimum size at your chosen print method — all verified before artwork ships.
STEP 04
Export for press
Vector SVG or EPS at the audited size, with the batch audit report attached for your print partner.
SAFETY RULE
Regulated content is never machine-translated
Ingredient lists, allergen declarations, dosage and safety warnings carry legal weight in every market you sell into. Those fields are structured and human-reviewed per language — a model may help draft marketing copy, but it never generates or paraphrases a regulated claim.
Structured fields
Allergens, ingredients, dosage and warnings. Fixed values, translated once, reviewed by a person.
Free text
Product story and usage tips. Translatable, and clearly separated from regulated content.
Batch data
Encoded to GS1 application identifiers rather than typed into a description.
Recalls
Published by editing the destination, so packs already in circulation carry the notice immediately.

Formats made for this room
Every format is rendered at its own minimum size and decode-tested before export, so a code that fits the layout is a code that scans in the room.
Each unit has a unique code, so a genuine one is typically scanned once or twice near where it was sold. The same serial scanned fifty times across four states means it has been photographed and reprinted — the pattern is the evidence.
Will the code still work in three years?
A static code always works. A dynamic one keeps resolving under Continuity Mode even if you stop paying, which is the reason to trust one on packaging with a long shelf life.
What size for a small cosmetic pack?
A version 2 code at 17mm is the practical floor, and 20–25mm is safer on a curved surface. Keep the payload to a short link and stay on the flattest available face.
Do you handle CMYK and bleed?
We check CMYK shift and print-bleed risk and warn before press. Output is RGB in this version; CMYK export arrives when print-shop demand justifies it.
Can I add batch and expiry to the code?
Yes, through GS1 QR with application-identifier validation, which encodes them to spec so retail and logistics scanners read them correctly.
