Identity
Set your Product name, your logo and your Brand colour. The colour is measured against the button text as you type. Below 4.5:1, the screen warns you that your clients will struggle to read their own login button.
Preview shows the login screen, the app header and an invitation email as your clients will see them.
What gets rebranded
Switch each one on or off:
- App header and sidebar: your logo and colour replace ours throughout the dashboard.
- Login screen: clients log in at your domain, seeing only your brand.
- Transactional emails: invitations, alerts and reports sent from your address.
- PDF analytics reports: your logo on every scheduled and exported report.
- Hosted landing pages: remove the footer credit from public pages.
App domain and email sender
- App domain: the address your clients log in at. Point it at us and choose Check DNS.
- From address: the address your emails are sent from. Its SPF and DMARC records are checked on the screen, which shows Passes or Needs a look.
Choose Save branding. Client workspaces pick it up immediately, and the change is written to the audit log.
Client workspaces
Add a workspace for each client. Each keeps its own codes, pages and analytics, separate from yours. The list shows each client's codes, pages, members and recent scans. You can open, rename, archive or restore a client workspace. To decide who can do what, choose Manage roles. See Team and roles.
White-label widget
The generator widget for your own website, with your colour on its button and no credit to us. The code itself stays black on white. Choose Make widget key, then Copy snippet and paste it into your page. Make a new key replaces the old one.
What stays ours
- The scanner journey stays ad-free under your brand too. There's no exception, including for resellers.
- Continuity Mode applies to your clients' codes exactly as it does to ours. You can't switch it off, and neither can we.
- Legal and NPCI compliance text is never rebranded or reworded, because the wording is what makes it accurate.
