In the Library, choose Manage tags in the side panel to see every tag in your workspace, how many codes carry each, and to rename, recolour, merge or delete them.
Tags and folders
A folder says where a code lives, and a code is in one folder at most. A tag says what a code is about, such as "menu", "print" or "Diwali", and a code can carry several. See Folders.
Make a tag
Choose New tag, enter a name and optionally a colour, and choose Create tag. Then put it on codes, from the library or from a code's own page.
You can also start in the library: select codes and use Add tag.
Use a tag
Choose Open in the library on a tag's row to see every code that carries it.
Change a tag
Each row's menu offers:
- Rename.
- Colour: choose one, or no colour.
- Merge into…: move every code from this tag to another. The first tag is removed, and the codes keep resolving. You need at least two tags.
- Delete: the codes lose the label and are kept.
Deleting a tag never deletes a code.
