How they work
The code carries a short link to a mobile page we host for you. You don't need your own website. Because the code points at the page, not at its content, you can update the menu, replace the PDF or change the prices after printing, and every printed copy shows the new version.
These codes are always dynamic, and each uses one of your plan's dynamic codes.
Make one
- Choose the page type. The page editor opens with a starter layout for that type.
- Add your content: menu items, files, links, form fields, photos.
- Choose a theme, or use a brand kit's colours.
- Publish the page. Its code is ready to design and download.
A few things worth knowing
- Menus can be read in from a photo or PDF of your existing menu. See Fill from a photo.
- Forms collect submissions, which you can read from the pages list and send to a CRM. See Connected apps.
- Restaurants can issue one code per table, each opening the menu with its table number. See Table codes.
- Pages show their weight and load time, so you can keep them fast on a phone signal.
