Open Campaigns from the sidebar. A campaign groups the codes for one promotion, a shop window, a menu or an event, so you can see how they do together and compare one campaign with another.
Make a campaign
Choose New campaign. The form has five steps, and only the name is required.
- Name and goal: the name is only for you, in this screen, the library and analytics. The goal is shown beside the campaign so you remember why it exists.
- When it runs: a start and an end, or No end date. Codes keep working before, during and after; the dates only frame the numbers.
- Budget: what you're spending. It's used for one number, cost per scan: your budget divided by real scans. Leave it empty and there's no cost per scan. We never estimate one.
- Tracking tags: UTM tags that every code and link in the campaign inherits. A link can override them on its own page.
- Add codes and links: optional; you can also add them later from the library. Dynamic QR codes and short links are listed, because they count scans and carry the tags. A static code or a barcode has no short link for either.
Choose Create campaign, or Save as draft.
Read a campaign
Choose a campaign in the list to open it beside the list, busiest first. Filter by Active, Ended or Draft. You'll see:
- scans and unique visitors by day;
- which code carries the largest share of the campaign's scans;
- the UTM defaults every code inherits;
- cost per conversion, when every code in the campaign reports conversions. If only some do, it isn't shown, because dividing the whole budget by part of the campaign would overstate the cost.
Choose Open its codes to see them in the library.
Narrate this campaign writes a short summary of how the campaign is doing, using AI credits. It's kept until you ask again; asking again in the same month replays it with nothing charged.
Reports by email
Choose Email a report to send a campaign's report on a schedule, weekly on Mondays or monthly on the 1st, at 09:00 India time, to up to 10 addresses. Scheduled reports start at the Starter plan.
Edit, duplicate or delete
Each campaign's menu offers Edit, Duplicate and Delete campaign. Deleting a campaign keeps its codes and links and ungroups them. Deleting a campaign never stops anything resolving.
Campaigns and folders
A folder organises codes. A campaign measures them. See Folders.
