Bulk barcode generator
Paste one value per line and this page draws up to 5 barcodes at once, in your browser, across 29 symbologies. Every line is validated before it is drawn — for the retail formats the check digit is computed or verified, so a wrong row is named instead of printed. Past that, and for a spreadsheet of thousands, bulk generation runs in the dashboard on a paid plan.
Each line you paste becomes a card here, with its own download.
Downloading a batch starts at Lite, ₹99/month, billed annually. The 5 above are free to make and to download one at a time. Create an account or compare the plans. On a paid plan already? Make this list as a bulk job in the dashboard.
Four steps, and the first three are free
Choose the symbology
Pick one of the 29. Every line is drawn as that symbology, so one batch is one format — which is how a run of shelf labels or cartons is printed anyway.
Paste one value per line
Up to 5 at a time, straight out of a spreadsheet column. Blank lines are ignored, and the field tells you what the chosen symbology expects.
Read the rows that failed
A line that is not valid keeps its place and says why — a wrong check digit is reported with the digit that would have been right. Nothing invalid is drawn, so a bad row cannot be missed in a grid of good ones.
Download
Each barcode saves on its own as a PNG at its true proportions. Getting the whole batch as one file is part of a paid plan, and so is going past the free ceiling.
Where the free ceiling is, and what is past it
Every figure here is read from the same plan table the API checks against, so this page cannot drift from what you would actually be charged.
| Plan | Codes per batch | Batch download | Price |

What makes each of those claims true
A wrong check digit never becomes ink
For 8 of the 29 symbologies the check digit is computed from your digits or verified against them before anything is drawn. The rest are validated for character set and length, and refused by the encoder if they still cannot be represented.
Colours are checked the way a scanner sees them
Bars must be dark on light. Contrast is measured against ISO/IEC 15416 and again in the red channel alone, because a 660nm laser reads only red — a red-on-white code has comfortable contrast to an eye and almost none to the scanner at a till.
Nothing is uploaded
The encoder runs in this page. Your list of product numbers is never sent anywhere, which is a property of where the code runs rather than of a policy somebody wrote.
Every symbology on this page is drawn by the same encoder as the single barcode generator, which adds the controls a batch does not need: human-readable text, colour, bar height and a print-width readout with the X-dimension GS1 asks for.
Bulk barcode questions
How many barcodes can I generate at once for free?
5 per batch, with no account and no card. Every one is a real barcode, validated before it is drawn and downloadable on its own. Beyond that, bulk generation starts at Lite, ₹99/month, billed annually and allows 25 codes per job.
Does it calculate the check digit?
Yes, for the retail formats. Paste 12 digits for an EAN-13 and the thirteenth is computed; paste 13 and it is verified, and a wrong one is reported along with the digit that would have been correct. The same holds for EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF-14, ISBN and ISSN.
Which barcode formats are supported?
29 symbologies: the EAN and UPC retail family, Code 128, Code 39 and Code 93, ITF-14 and Interleaved 2 of 5, Codabar, MSI, the GS1 carriers, ISBN and ISSN, the postal formats, both Pharmacodes, the EAN add-ons, and the 2D set — Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, Micro QR and rMQR.
Can I upload a CSV of product numbers?
Not on this page — it takes a pasted list, one value per line, which is what a spreadsheet column pastes as. CSV upload with label-stock layouts and cut marks runs in the dashboard, on a paid plan.
Can each barcode in a batch be a different symbology?
Not in one batch. Every line is drawn as the symbology selected above, which is what makes a pasted column unambiguous — a line is a value, not a value and a format. Run one batch per symbology.
What happens to the lines past the limit?
They are counted and reported, never silently dropped. The page tells you how many it read and how many need a plan, so a column of forty is not quietly turned into 5.
